✿ Grading system

Please keep in mind that every pin is handmade, from filling the enamel to polishing the metal. There are no such things as perfect pins. Unless stated as B grades, the pins sold are by default standard grade which is the highest quality.

Please note that pins on pre-order are ungraded. However, if you received a very faulty pin (black marks on a large area, missing colors, visible scuffs,

Standard grade

  • Minor imperfections may include:
  • Small scratches or scuffs on the surface
  • Small bubbles or pores in enamel
  • Slightly lower fills in minor areas
  • Small discoloration in metal


  • Imperfections may include:
  • Visible air bubbles
  • Marking or indents
  • Overflow or very low fill of enamel
  • Visible stains and/or smudges
  • Unfilled areas

Shipping & Payments

✿ Where do you ship from ?

I ship from France.

✿ Shipping methods

Orders are all shipped through Laposte. Domestic (FR) orders are sent with Lettre suivie or Colissimo. International orders are shipped with Laposte Delivengo (tracking included) and EMS (tracking + insurance + signature on delivery)

Untracked shipping

Shipping fees are quite expensive for International orders so there is an untracked option for small orders. Note that I cannot take responsibility for lost goods sent with untracked mail.

✿ When will my order ship ?

Most inhand orders ship out within 3-5 business days after being placed. However, it may take longer if the volume of orders is higher than usual (up to 4 weeks during shop updates).

✿ I preordered merch, when will it ship ?

If your order contains a pre-order, I will hold the package until the product is available. Please check the product description for the schedule. However, keep in mind that there could be delays out of my control (production delay, political climate, etc)

✿ I would like to combine orders.

I am no longer combining orders and refund the excess shipping fees as the process is very time consuming and confusing. Please make sure to order everything all at once.

✿ I made a mistake on my order.

Please email me at butchinelle.shop(at)gmail.com as soon as possible. I cannot change the order once it has been shipped out and I am not responsible nor will refund or resend your package. Please double check your informations before submitting your order.

✿ I haven't received my order yet, I think it might be lost ?

I am sorry but I will not replace or refund any lost packages as I cannot control a package once it leaves my hands.

✿ My order arrived damaged

Please note that I am not responsible for damages done during shipping by the postal service. In the event of any damage, kindly email me with pictures of the items upon delivery so that we can find a suitable solution.

✿ My order has been returned to the sender, can you send it again ?

If your order got returned to me due to an invalid address or being abandoned at customs, customers will be responsible for paying additional shipping to re-send it to the correct address.

✿ Customs fees

After your order is shipped, the customer will be responsible for any international customs fee. Usually, packages will make it through customs just fine, but depending on the value of your goods it may be held in customs (this can vary based on your country) until cleared. Please understand that if you are an international customer, I do not hold responsibility of any potential customs fee/duties/taxes.

Returns & Exchanges

✿ Can I cancel/return/exchange my order ?

I apologize but I do not accept cancellations, returns or exchanges.

✿ My order arrived incomplete

If I made a mistake on your order upon arrival please contact me with your name, order # and pictures within 5 days of delivery. I will not address any issues if it has been more than 5 days.
